CLEVELAND OH--David Zanotti, President of the School Choice Committee and the Ohio Roundtale issued the following statement regarding the Ohio Supreme Court's ruling on the current School Voucher Program. 

"It is very unfortunate that nearly 5,000 Cleveland children have been caught up in a political crossfire between the Ohio Supreme Court and the Ohio General Assembly.   School Choice is about educating children not about obscure legal procedures.   We urge the Ohio General Assembly to move immediately to restore this program for the sake of needy children and parents in Cleveland."
